Standard Shipping to UK is £3.95 and will be shipped in 1-3 Working Days
Standard Shipping to ROI is £9.00 and will be shipped in 1-5 Working Days
International Delivery is £18 and will be shipped in 1-3 Working days but please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order.
Next-Day Delivery can be arranged if required; please contact us on email@example.com to arrange.

Our Return Policy allows a refund within 14 days from receiving your order, minus initial shipping costs.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a Full Refund or Exchange the product for another style.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and soles must be unmarked.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, you must email us prior to returning any items.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting RETURN and your order number.
Please include your full name and reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return along with your Returns Authorisation Code and the Return Address details.
Please write the Returns Authorisation Code on the invoice you received and post it back to the address supplied in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item(s) and after satisfactory inspection, we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original card or payment method used.
Alternatively we can credit a gift card with the funds to use at another time, or if you would like an exchange please advise re: same and we will offer you a free exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you believe you haven't yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund will show on your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; subject to size availability.
If you need to exchange it for a different size or style please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting EXCHANGE with your order number, the reason for the exchange and the preferred size or style you would like to swap for. We will then advise you of the return address and ship the new product on receipt. We are happy to exchange for a different style/size/colour if available and will post this out free of charge within 1-3 working days from receiving the original pair.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (be it for a refund or for an exchange). We recommend you keep a receipt or tracking information for this. If you would like an exchange the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge (we do this as we appreciate the difficulty in buying shoes online in terms of sizing).
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not process any exchanges or refunds until we receive the item.
